To ensure quality mentorship, we look for:
Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
Degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience. Certifications (CEH, CISSP, Security+) are a plus.
Excellent verbal/written skills. Ability to explain complex concepts simply.
At least 4-6 hours per month over a 3-month cycle.
