Submission Requirements
Paper Format
- File Type: PDF format (required)
- Maximum Size: 10MB
- Length: 4,000 - 15,000 words (excluding references)
- Language: English
- Font: Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.5 line spacing
Required Sections
- Abstract (150-300 words) - Summary of your research
- Introduction - Background and research objectives
- Literature Review - Existing research and gaps

⚠️ Important: All submissions undergo plagiarism checks. Papers with more than 20%
similarity to existing works will be rejected. Use tools like Turnitin or Grammarly before submitting.

All submissions go through a rigorous peer review process:

Common Rejection Reasons
- High plagiarism score (>20%)
- Off-topic or outside accepted categories
- Poor writing quality or grammar
- Inadequate methodology explanation
- Missing required sections
- Unsubstantiated claims without evidence
Strike Policy
To maintain platform integrity, we enforce a strike system:
- Strike 1: Warning (plagiarism, policy violation)
- Strike 2: 30-day submission suspension
- Strike 3: Permanent account ban
Strikes can be issued for:
- Submitting plagiarized content
- Fraudulent author attribution
- Manipulating citation metrics
- Submitting duplicate papers
- Violating ethical guidelines
